Eleven partners have joined LAC4 as a Participant Nation who can participate in the governance, give strategic guidance to Centre’s activities and workplan. Partners can leverage their cyber capacity building resources and knowledge through joint European effort and acknowledged brand.

Estonian Information System Authority (NCSC-EE)

In December 2023, Estonia has joined the Latin America and Caribbean Cyber Competence Centre (LAC4) as a participating nation through the Estonian Information System Authority.

Ministry of Information and Communications Technology of Antigua and Barbuda joined the Latin America and Caribbean Cyber Competence Centre (LAC4) on behalf of the Government of Antigua and Barbuda in August 2024 as Participating Nation.

Cyber 4.0 is a highly specialized national competence centre for cybersecurity, established and co-funded by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy that joined Latin America and Caribbean Cyber Competence Centre (LAC4) in June 2024 as a Contributing Member.
