In all popular web-pages it is possible to increase and decrease font size by holding Ctrl-key (in OS X Cmd-key) and pressing “+” or “-“-key. It is very convenient to use mouse: holding Ctrl and scrolling mouse central scroll button. It is possible to go back to normal size pressing Ctrl and 0-keys.

Guyana

The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) joined LAC4 on behalf of the Government of Guyana in May 2026.

Cooperation between LAC4 and Guyana focuses on supporting the country’s growing cybersecurity ecosystem through capacity building, institutional development and international cooperation. As a recent member, LAC4 looks forward to building an active and long-lasting cooperation together with Guyana contributing valuable perspectives to regional knowledge-sharing while also benefiting from European expertise, partnership and practical cooperation. Through participation in LAC4 activities, the country benefits from specialised trainings, policy dialogue, and exchanges of good practices with regional and European partners. This collaboration supports Guyana’s efforts to build resilient institutions, strengthen cybersecurity expertise, and advance secure digital transformation across the public sector.

The Office of the Prime Minister of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana through its Guyana National Computer Incident Response Team (GNCIRT/CIRT.GY) and National Data Management Authority (NDMA) is responsible for coordinating cybersecurity efforts in Guyana. Primarily, CIRT.GY responds cyber-related incidents, provides technical expertise in the remediation of cyber incidents. Additionally, it assists in the development of incident management capabilities and raising cyber awareness.

Guyana Joins LAC4 (June 2026)

The Cooperative Republic of Guyana on behalf of the Office of the Prime Minister, Hon. Mark Phillips, has become the 19th member of LAC4. Accession ceremony took place on 4 June 2026 in Georgetown, Guyana in the presence of the Prime Minister of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, the National Data Management Authority, the LAC4 team and the Delegation of the European Union to Guyana.
