Governance

LAC4 principle governing body is the General Assembly, composed of LAC4 Participant Nations, Founding Members, Contributing Members and Collaborating Members. Only the Participant Nations and Founding Members have the right to vote at the Assembly. The General Assembly meets at least once a year.
