Building Cybersecurity Resilience: TTX Coaching and Training in Brazil

On a mission to bolster cybersecurity preparedness, EU CyberNet and LAC4, with experts Julia Schuetze and Andrés Velázquez, executed a full-day tabletop exercise (TTX) training for CTIR Gov in Brazil to equip Brazil’s national cybersecurity response teams with the tools to design and facilitate their own sector-specific exercises. LAC4 Participated at EU-LAC Digital Alliance Cyber Multistakeholder Forum

LAC4 Regional Programme Lead Merili Soosalu participated in the EU-LAC Digital Alliance Cyber Multistakeholder Forum in Madrid, Spain in the 3rd plenary session on capacity building and enhancing cybersecurity and secure connectivity in the LAC region. The cross-sectoral forum, organized by Digital for Development (D4D hub), brought together different participants from Europe and the LAC region to discuss cooperation on cybersecurity and secure connectivity between the two regions.

LAC4 at ITU CyberDrill: Strengthening National Cybersecurity and Building Resilience

LAC4 Policy Expert César Moliné Rodríguez discussed the roles of different societal stakeholders in building cyber resilience, the strengthening of national CSIRTs and cyberdiplomacy in his interventions at the ITU’s Regional Cyberdrill for Americas in Lima, Peru.
