Open Source Drug Trafficking Investigations – OSINT

The LAC4 Centre will host the practical training course titled “Open Source Investigations against Drug Trafficking – OSINT”, which will take place from October 27 to 31, 2025, organized by the ALCORCA Stage program of the Embassy of France in the Dominican Republic.

LAC4 Dominican Republic Santo Domingo

Drug trafficking has evolved through the use of digital tools that allow traffickers to maintain anonymity, create attractive marketing strategies, move money covertly and instantly, and hinder the work of law enforcement. In this context, investigations require specialized teams, ongoing training, and the integration of technological and financial tools into every case. This event aims to analyze these trends and strengthen the capacities of professionals responsible for combating this phenomenon.

The training is aimed at participants from Barbados, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Haiti, Jamaica, Panama, the Dominican Republic, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
