Launch of the Cyberhygiene Platform for Mexico

LAC4 commitment with expanding knowledge and building a resilient workforce in Latin America continues as the Cyberhygiene Platform use continues to expand – this time in Mexico through the Agency of Digital Transformation and Telecommunications (ATDT).

On March 30, 2026, LAC4 will launch the Cyber Hygiene Platform to the civil servants that are working in the ATDT, with an expectation of around 200 employees to be uptrained in the topics that the EU Cybernet Cyberhygiene Platform offers:

  • Cyber hygiene basics;
  • cyber-attack types;
  • strong passwords;
  • multi-factor authentication;
  • antivirus and anti-malware software;
  • secure remote working practices;
  • VPNs and public WIFI;
  • sharing your devices.

Mexico joined LAC4 in February 2025 and this activity represents one step forward into a commitment to a more cyber resilient workforce.
