LAC4 Members-Only Seminar: SOC Fundamentals & Comparative on European Models

As the Latin American and Caribbean region undergoes rapid digital transformation, the traditional Security Operations Center (SOC) model is being challenged by the need for increased agility and cross-border collaboration. To address these evolving demands, LAC4 is hosting the next members-only webinar on this topic, aiming at providing participants with a foundational blueprint for building and scaling effective SOCs.

The seminar will focus on: 

  • Establishing a Foundational Blueprint: Defining the “Minimum Viable SOC” through the essential triad of Visibility, Analysis, and Governance. 
  • Analyzing Comparative European Models: Evaluating diverse strategic implementations. 
  • Addressing Modern Trends: Discuss the transition from reactive to proactive defense. 
  • Exploring Diverse Architectures: Examining the benefits and implementation of sectoral and regional SOC models. 

Participants: This seminar is specifically designed for professionals and decision-makers from LAC4 member countries— Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, the Netherlands, Panama, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay. 

The content is tailored for those tasked with the strategic design or operational management of national cybersecurity infrastructure.  

Duration: 3 hours
