To foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of best practices in incident response, we are pleased to announce the first iteration of LAC4 0ct0b3rf35t – 1-day CSIRT community event filled with case studies, overviews of best practices and introductions of new methods in fields of incident detection, mitigation and response.

Cybersecurity incidents pose an ever-growing threat to organizations and individuals alike. In the face of this evolving landscape, effective incident response is paramount.

By bringing together professionals and experts from the Americas and Europe, we aim to address the unique challenges faced by CSIRTs and promote the development of robust incident response capabilities. This event will contribute to a safer and more secure digital environment in the region and globally.

Objectives

The primary objectives of LAC4 0ct0b3rf35t are:

  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of experiences, insights, and best practices in incident response among participants.
  • Networking: Provide a platform for CSIRT professionals, cybersecurity experts, and incident response practitioners to connect, collaborate, and build valuable relationships.
