Introductory seminar “How to Define and Identify Critical Information Infrastructure” for Panama

LAC4 is organizing an introductory seminar titled “How to Define and Identify Critical Information Infrastructure” for Panama. The seminar, organized in coordination with the National Cybersecurity Department of the National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG), provides a practical perspective on a comprehensive approach to protecting critical information infrastructure (CIIP).

Seminar focuses on best practices, risk mitigation measures, regulations, and frameworks that support the protection of critical information infrastructure (CII) at both the organisational and national level.

It will provide a practical perspective of international best practices and frameworks on CIIP and on regulatory and support mechanisms with critical service providers, along with a comprehensive overview of developing a national CIIP system – from policy formulation to networking, information sharing, monitoring and continuous improvement cycles.
