In all popular web-pages it is possible to increase and decrease font size by holding Ctrl-key (in OS X Cmd-key) and pressing “+” or “-“-key. It is very convenient to use mouse: holding Ctrl and scrolling mouse central scroll button. It is possible to go back to normal size pressing Ctrl and 0-keys.

GLACY+ Project Advisory Mission on Search, Seizure and Confiscation of Online Crime Proceeds

GLACY+ Project in coordination with EUCN and LAC4 held the Advisory Mission on Search, Seizure and Confiscation of Online Crime Proceeds and the mission for support setting up and strengthening of 24/7 points of contact for cybercrime and e-evidence and In-country workshops and advice on interagency cooperation.

These events made possible for participants not only to strengthen the national capacities to counter cybercrime through the collection of electronic evidence procedures, but also fostered better abilities that would permit them to get better knowledge of financial investigation techniques that allow them to follow the money and retrieve criminal proceeds.

The missions also focused on efficient interagency cooperation between specialized cybercrime units and other services, as well as collaboration between criminal justice authorities and private sector entities, such as Internet service providers and/or financial services.

The main outcomes of the mission include:

  • Understanding current trends, modus operandi and case studies of collecting and laundering criminal proceeds.
  • Sharing knowledge, expertise and best practices on cyber-financial investigation and international cooperation.
  • Make observation and provide recommendation for the criminal justice authorities and financial intelligence units in the priority country on the topic.
